Refunds
Cadre is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues refunds.
How to request a refund
Email us at arthur.orts@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout, and tell us briefly what went wrong. You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We would genuinely rather fix the problem than take money for something that did not work for you — so tell us what happened either way.
What we will refund
If Cadre does not work on your Mac, or does not do what this site says it does, we will refund you. Requests are handled case by case under Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time from the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Exports you have already made are yours and keep working.
Try before you pay
You do not have to buy Cadre to find out whether it suits you. Recording and editing are free, and the preview shows you the finished video before you are asked for anything — a subscription is only needed to export it.
